Faye leads the marketing and operations function at Burlington Financial Solutions, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall client experience. Her strategic approach and genuine commitment help shape how we connect with, support, and add value for the people we serve.
Alongside her day-to-day role, Faye is currently studying to become a qualified Independent Financial Adviser, broadening her expertise to further support our clients.
Faye brings more than ten years’ experience in marketing strategy, brand development, and business ownership to the team. Before joining the financial services sector, she successfully ran her own businesses, giving her a practical, results-focused perspective that informs everything she does.
Faye returned to Burlington in July 2025 following the birth of her second daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Eden and Ada, her husband Ben, and their dog Lenny. She is an avid Formula 1 fan, a country music enthusiast, and has a strong passion for personal development through books, podcasts, and self-led study. She also incorporates regular meditation, breathwork, and exercise into her routine, something she finds invaluable when balancing her roles at home and at work.
